Of course with a pizza the protein is going to vary depending on what topping you have. As a general guide, A pizza base has minimal protein, only about 2.5g. per 12" pizza. If you want high protein toppings then go for fresh Chicken, Pork, Beef, Cheese, and Anchovies, but remember the fat content when having cheese!
Another thing to consider is the type of pizza you have. Pizza from a fast food chain will almost always be far unhealthier than that prepared fresh from an Italian restaurant.
